It all starts with the relationship…
Wonderful things happen when safety and trust exist within a space. I support families in the early years of life—specifically children ages 0–5 and the parents and caregivers who love them. My practice also offers deep support during the perinatal and postpartum periods, when identity, emotions, and nervous systems are tender and in transition.
“Therapy can feel intimidating, but also like a deep breath of fresh air.”
My goal is to create a space where you and your child feel safe, seen, and supported—where healing, connection, and confidence can grow.
My Approach: Body, Relationship, and Development in Harmony
I integrate the following tools and perspectives:
Attachment Theory to strengthen parent-child relationships
Somatic, body-based approaches to support nervous system regulation
Play-based techniques to help children express themselves nonverbally
Developmentally informed strategies to meet children right where they are
This holistic work honors the whole system—child, parent, and the relationship itself.
~ This work is about connection and capacity: your child’s capacity to feel safe, and your capacity to respond with calm, confidence, and care~
Children and Parents Both Deserve Support
Together We’ll Build Confidence, Insight, and Connection
Our work is collaborative and focused on helping you feel more steady and clear in your parenting. We’ll explore, reflect, and practice ways to reconnect with your child—and yourself.
~ Our collaborative relationship will broaden your understanding and skill set so you can see your child more wholly—and respond with confidence ~
Whether you're navigating toddler tantrums, postpartum emotions, confusion, helplessness, or simply want more connection with your child, I'm here to help you feel supported, empowered, and not alone.
A Bit About My Training and Background
I bring a warm, attuned, and evidence-informed approach to supporting families through the earliest years of life. My work is grounded in both professional training and understanding of how overwhelming, complex, and beautiful parenting can be.
I am a:
Child Development Specialist, with deep expertise in early relational health, regulation, and emotional development from birth to age five
Certified Infant Massage Instructor, helping caregivers use nurturing touch to support bonding, sensory regulation, and soothing
Perinatal and Postpartum therapist, trained to hold the emotional, physical, and identity transitions that unfold during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period
Practitioner of Somatic and Attachment-based therapies, supporting both children and adults in healing through the body, the nervous system, and safe connection
Advocate for the parent-child relationship as a site of mutual growth, healing, and transformation
My therapeutic style is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and respect. I create space for both the big feelings of little ones and the often-unspoken experiences of parents—including grief, guilt, anxiety, trauma, and the quiet ache of not feeling like yourself.
~ I believe parents are doing incredibly important, often invisible work—and that they deserve just as much support, care, and regulation as the children they’re raising ~
I’ve spent years walking alongside families navigating everything from toddler tantrums and sensory overwhelm to postpartum anxiety, NICU transitions, identity shifts, and birth trauma. My clinical work is deeply informed by neuroscience, relational/attachment research, developmental psychology, and trauma-informed practice.
But most of all, it’s informed by presence, patience, and the belief that your relationship with your child is both sacred and resilient—and that with the right support, you already hold what’s needed to grow and thrive together.
~ You don’t have to have it all figured out to be a good parent. You just need someone to walk with you as you find your way ~
Children communicate through behavior, movement, and play. When we meet those cues with curiosity rather than correction, we begin to understand what’s really happening underneath.
Through creativity, observation, and collaborative play, we’ll gain insight into your child’s inner world—even when it's hard to interpret.
~ I help create a space where your child can safely express their needs—without words, through their body and play ~
And just as children need support, parents do too. When you feel calm and grounded, your child feels safer and more secure. My work supports your growth, your healing, and your confidence as a parent.
